plumbing fixture. This is very surprising for a hotel of this class but serious
enough to merit a ding. This raises the possible issue of lack of maintenance

这样的酒店，硬件是基础，真正打动人的是服务，是服务的人。这里的服务员都非常体贴，周到。首先是主动，让你很自然的提出要求和想法。比如半夜里突然想喝酒，需要冰块，无论是接线生，还是服务生都是非常热情主动的询问是否足够，是否还有其他需求，原本有些内疚的心情完全化为温暖。大堂电梯服务员发自内心的问候和积极的服务着实让我意外！
电话预定提出了一些要求，入住的时候对于每一项都主动确认，无法满足的都立刻进行了处理。非常棒！ 2015年4月17日
